My path into IT did not begin with a computer science degree.
It began with people.
My degree in Social Work — officially recognised in Germany by ZAB — taught me three things rarely found in the tech industry: to truly listen, to be patient, and to find solutions that fit the person. In 2008 I began working in the Apple ecosystem. What started as personal passion became 18 years of grounded expertise.
