Digital Literacy &
Online Safety Training
Individual coaching and small-group sessions for anyone who wants to use technology with confidence and security — regardless of prior experience.
I was always afraid of doing something wrong. After three sessions, I use online banking and video calls with my grandchildren — completely worry-free.

Training Modules
Each module is individually adapted to your skill level and your devices.
01
Email & Communication
Reading, writing, and sending emails safely. Opening attachments without risk, recognising spam and phishing attempts, keeping contacts organised — on iPhone, iPad, or computer. By the end of this module, you will be able to communicate reliably with family, doctors, and government services digitally.
02
Video Conferencing
Getting to know and using FaceTime, Zoom, and Teams confidently — for medical appointments, family conversations, or community groups. Setting up camera and microphone, sharing your screen, ending calls gracefully. Many of my clients make their first video call to a distant family member within the first session.
03
Online Banking & Finance
Using banking apps and websites safely, making transfers, viewing statements. Recognising phishing emails before they cause harm. Managing passwords and setting up two-factor authentication so it actually protects you. Security in online banking is not a question of age — it is a question of having the right explanation.
04
Smartphone Basics
Confidently operating your iPhone or Android device — without needing to ask someone every time. Installing apps, taking and managing photos, setting up notifications sensibly, adjusting settings to suit you. We practise everything on your own device, in your own environment.
05
Privacy & Security
Creating and remembering strong passwords, understanding privacy settings on iPhone and computer, recognising fraud attempts, protecting personal data online — explained practically, not theoretically. Understanding how risks arise is the most effective way to avoid them — without having to give up technology.
06
Everyday Digital Life
Route planning, online shopping, government services online, booking medical appointments, finding recipes, filling in digital forms. The everyday tasks that, with the right explanation, turn from obstacles into second nature. Digital participation is not a privilege. It is learnable — and I will show you how.

Technology should enrich life — not unsettle it. My training starts where you are and takes you exactly where you want to go.
My Philosophy
Digital literacy is not a luxury. It is a prerequisite for independent life in an increasingly connected world — for medical appointments, banking, government services, messages to family. Everyone deserves a patient guide who translates complex technology into understandable steps.
I work without jargon, without time pressure, always on your own devices. We practise until it no longer feels like technology — it feels like everyday life. My goal is not to teach you everything. It is to give you the confidence to keep going on your own.
My background in Social Work — recognised in Germany by ZAB — taught me to listen before I explain. I understand the barrier that some people feel in front of a screen, and I know it does not come from a lack of intelligence but from a lack of opportunity. That understanding shapes everything about how I teach.
